The Opportunity If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking to develop your skill set in a leadership role, this is the perfect opportunity for you We are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader with exceptional leadership skills and experience in the medical industry to join the team at our Qscan Redcliffe Clinic . This is a Full-time position. You will: Be responsible for the daily management and supervision of our customer service/clerical team (including rostering) Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the effective operation of customer service systems and processes Be the point of escalation for the team in relation to customer service enquiries, feedback or complaints Participate in general management duties including performance management/disciplinary concerns, identifying training/development, and assisting with recruitment activities About You Alongside your experience in radiology (or similar field) and management, you have a strong understanding of customer service practices and are an organisational whizz.
