ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an Administration Assistant/Receptionist who will serve in a customer facing role at an Aged Care Facility in Coolbellup, providing administrative support to the facility elderly residents, visitors, manager as well as our clinical team and care staff. This position is offered on a part-time basis, working 5 days per fortnight in Coolbellup. Monday 0800-1615 Tuesday 0830-1645 Wednesday 0830-1645 Thursday 0830-1645 Friday 0830-1645 Please note, you must be able to commit to all days/shifts to be considered. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Manage a clean and professional Reception environment Efficiently manage day-to-day administrative tasks at different sites. Handle correspondence and communication. Rostering and processing timesheets for staff. Maintain organized records and databases. Assist with basic accounting and financial tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations. ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will have a warm and welcoming demeanour, providing excellent customer service over the phone and in person, you will have demonstrated administration experience in a busy/dynamic environment and be able to multi-task. Essential Criteria Proven experience in administrative roles. Previous experience in Aged Care or a Health/Medical setting would be highly desirable Experience in minute taking and report writing (preferred) Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Superior time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Intermediate in Microsoft office Suite Proficiency in using software Adaptability to work in diverse environments. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Driver’s licence and vehicle. Successful completion of a Pre-Employment Health Questionnaire and references Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity) Evidence of COVID-19 and Current years Influenza Vaccinations NDIS clearance WHAT'S ON OFFER?
