Your opportunity: The Experience Group has an exciting new opportunity for a Motion Designer & Illustrator to join the Brand and Creative Services Team. The role is a permanent full-time opportunity within this vibrant and energetic team. The Brand and Creative Services Team is a group of bold and skilled creatives whose role is to story tell, create engaging content and proactively communicate with our customers, community and stakeholders. They work with key business stakeholders to strategize, design, champion and deliver creative solutions to business opportunities. Their creativity is courageous. The Motion Designer & Illustrator works closely with the Brand & Creative Services team to uncover opportunities in our campaigns and content for animation, infographics and motion design to support and uplift organisational communications. Working closely with the Creative Direction & Design Lead, will work across a range of graphic and illustrative formats like animations, infographics, explainer videos, educational materials and short-form campaign materials, creating impactful and visually dynamic presentations, video assets, infographics, responsive forms, layouts and visual storytelling. Graphic design skills and a keen interest in videography is a bonus About you: Left brain, right brain. You're able to think big, crack big conceptual brand expressions across all mediums, but also have a pixel-perfect eye for detail. Design obsessed. From quick animations to turning complex learning into simple designs - you love to communicate-by-design. Collaborating - always Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment with writers, graphic designers, strategists and creatives. A visual thinker. Someone who is able to present ideas in a clear and focused way. Autonomous worker. Someone confident working independently within their role with support from fellow creatives. It would be great if you have: 1-3 years experience in house or in agency, animating and illustrating in a similar role. Demonstrated experience working in/designing full-funnel campaigns and collateral. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Experience managing relationships and providing specialist advice. Experience maintaining brand integrity and consistency while meeting the needs of a wide range of stakeholders. A great portfolio to share with us.
