Seeking a motivated customer centric Optical Dispenser to join our Optical team in a unique health precinct. Previous experience essential. About the Role In this continuing role , as an Optical Dispenser you will be responsible for providing consistently excellent customer service and expertise for all Optical services and products offered through Heath Hub Optical. You will report to the Optical Manager and be tasked with managing enquiries, identifying customer needs, and educating customers about optical products and services. You will also facilitate health care services bookings, processing of payments, interpret optical prescriptions, and undertake accurate fitting and servicing of optical appliances. About You You are passionate about customer service, and it shows in your work. Self-directed, organised, friendly, professional, and interested in working with an aged demographic. You thoroughly enjoy working in a team that continually strives to perform and achieve the best solutions for the overall objectives of the organisation, as well as our customers. Attention to detail and a solution focused approach are just some of your key strengths. Demonstrated ability in sales and retail, with an understanding of the technical and aesthetic qualities of optical products and services. A high-level computer proficiency with Optomate, MS Teams, & Outlook skills would be favourable.
