You will be responsible for end-to-end property development projects. Understanding of Japanese business culture or work experience in a Japanese company is valued. Description The key responsibilities and duties of the role: Coordinate and manage property development. Contract administration and preparation of various documentation to report to management. Review and assess the feasibility and risks of each project. Stakeholder management including contractors, local councils, partners, and clients. Monitor the progress of projects to ensure the financial performance of the budget and cash flow are compliant with plans and agreements. Work collaboratively within the Japanese practice team Profile In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths: Native level of Japanese with written and verbal skills and fluent in English. Experience in the Construction or Civil Engineering industry. Project management or construction management experience is highly regarded. Budget management skills. Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills. Investment experience (property development/management, asset management) is an advantage.
