Customer Success Manager - Legal Tech — Sydney CBD, Sydney

Role Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they maximise the value of our solutions, up/cross sale when you smell the need. Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their goals and aligning our solutions to their needs. Collaborate with client teams to gather feedback and influence product development. Lead onboarding sessions, educational webinars, and regular check-ins to keep clients engaged and informed. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer success or account management. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
