Working closely with our national sales team, you will engage with new and existing customers, establishing strong relationships and presenting tailored offerings from our diverse portfolio of products. We have a strong focus on recruiting and retaining the very best people in our quest to provide outstanding service and products to our customers. We are seeking a like-minded individual to join our highly regarded team. Key responsibilities of this exciting, hands-on role include: Order processing and customer service for key accounts both locally and internationally Coordinating stock movement and inventory management across multiple distilleries and distributors Barcoding and supermarket documentation as required for key accounts Managing daily outbound telephone sales to both new and existing customers Establishing and nurturing relationships by providing exceptional customer service Working closely with the national sales team to support new and existing customers Sales administration and database management General administrative tasks Along with being reliable, loyal, and trustworthy it is essential that you have the following attributes: Focused, driven and motivated A proven ability to achieve objectives and demonstrate actual results Highly developed written and verbal communication skills A positive, 'can-do' attitude Problem-solving and negotiation skills The ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent organisational and time management skills A high level of motivation and ability to think outside of the square The ability to work autonomously and in a team Professional presentation Australian Distilling Company is part of Hickinbotham which is a dynamic and diversified private group based in Adelaide.
