As a Business Development Manager at RIB Software, you will be a key player in expanding the organisations market presence and driving revenue growth. RIB are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and fostering of lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate would also possess an understanding of the construction industry, along with proficiency in sales methodologies, and a proven track record of effectively selling to enterprise-level customers. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with RIB Software's strategic goals. Develop and implement effective strategies to penetrate and expand market share in mid-tier to enterprise markets. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, providing regular updates to the management team. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Successful Candidate: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager selling SaaS or Software. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the construction or software industry is advantageous. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
