This allows for opportunities for career progression and professional development What you will receive as an employee: 5 Weeks Annual Leave (accrued on all time worked); Free Parking Available; All PPE including steal cap boots supplied; Uniforms and ID cards supplied; Minimum engagement of 24 hours per week; Opportunities for career progression and ability to progress in the business; Full time opportunities once you have been with the business for 12 months; A few of the key responsibilities for a Cargo agent are; Forklift driving Loading and unloading of cargo in a safe and efficient manner; Safely operate forklifts as required Accurate data entry and processing of import/export information utilising the dnata operating systems; Correct processing of all cargo handling documentation; Perform cargo handling duties using automated cargo handling system, packing/unpacking ULD's and loose cargo, as directed Below are some of the key attributes that we as dnata are passionate about and see as important: Safety first mindset Ability to work independently Strong team player Passionate about developing skills Proven reliably Flexible “can do attitude” Customer focused Respectful to others On the job training Pay Grade: 24.72 per hour 10.5% superannuation penalties 15% if you start your shift before 7am and finish after 6pm Base Rate Loadings: $28.43 22.5% if you start your shift before 4am and finish after 12am Base Rate Loadings: $30.28 150% flat rate all day on Saturday Base Rate Loadings: $37.08 200% flat rate all day on Sunday, Public Holidays and Overtime Base Rate Loadings: $49.44 200% Loading for all part-time employees working outside their rostered hours. Base Rate Loadings: $49.44 Minimum requirement is Forklift Drivers. If you do not hold a license in either of these, please reach out and our team will assist you.
