This role supports a Partner, Special Counsel, Senior Associate and one other lawyer. This is an integral role, supporting a busy Commercial Litigation practice who specialise in Debt Recovery & Dispute resolution. You will ideally have prior Litigation experience and/or Debt Recovery in the Magistrates Court.
