We're looking to fill a Legal Assistant opportunity. This Legal Assistant position provides high level support to the Family Law team, including a Partner, Senior Associate & Junior Lawyer. You will communicate with clients, schedule appointments, and draft documentation. The firm have a welcoming & engaging work culture, offering hybrid working arrangements & the ability to get as involved in files as you'd like. You will work closely with other PA's in this collaborative team culture. As a Legal Assistant, your responsibilities may include - Diary Management; Document Management, assisting with preparing Legal documents; Coordinating Meetings; Preparing briefs to counsel Opening/closing files; Client liaison; Preparing & lodging court documents; Billing & reporting - using LEAP; Dictation; Ad hoc administrative duties This role does require experience within Legal, ideally within Family Law or Litigation.
