We are currently seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor for our chilled & frozen division to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the Warehouse & Distribution teams and interacts with all other functions across the site and region. Reporting to the Warehouse & Distribution Manager, this role will ensure warehousing and distribution to customers are achieved by agreed KPIs and sales objectives in a timely, cost effective and safe manner. Purpose of the Role Demonstrate constructive leadership and building a team of accountable people who can deliver the business goals Drive team engagement and can create an environment that encourages personal growth and development opportunities Provide the leadership, structure and resources to improve HSE and engagement to best-in-class levels Direct and manage the manning and rostering of team for all areas to meet service level requirements and budgeted resource requirements Direct daily loading and associated supply, ensuring standards and process are adhered to and aligned with national policy and compliance Implement a continuous improvement culture through ensuring systems compliance and process control About You The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant supervisory experience warehouse/transport. FMCG experience favourable. Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally Ability to prioritise work and the ability to provide insights and quickly identify a way forward when presented with issues Proven experience identifying and deploying process improvements Thorough understanding and adherence to safe work polices About Us We are Australia's leading brand of quality bread and bakery products.
