Full Time role 24/7 Operation Rotating roster (including nights and weekends) About the Role Reporting to the Helpdesk Team Leader, you will be key to providing the highest level of customer service to support the hospital functions and members of the community. You will be communicating with key stakeholders and delivering up to date information to callers, as well as registering and scheduling tasks for services in the hospital. About you You are a customer focussed professional who is committed to supporting Australia’s leading healthcare environment. You take pride in the delivery of excellent customer service, and the provision of support, in a timely and efficient manner. What we’re looking for: • The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour • Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Sound PC and keyboard skills • The confidence and ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment • Exposure to working in a customer orientated / customer service workplace • Experience working within a Contact/Call Centre environment (preferable) • An understanding of a KPI driven workplace with service delivery outcomes • Experience within a Healthcare environment (desirable) This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes national police check as an essential selection component for this role.
