About the role As the site supervisor you may be required to work on a number of different and varied projects, from Retirement unit refurbishments and reinstatements and Residential New Home Builds and renovations. Key Responsibilities for the role Co-ordinate all projects undertaken by the comapny Co-ordinate all trades on such developments/projects Co-ordinate start dates for trades with Senior Project Administrator Ensure all construction regulations, standards, OH&S and SWMS and company processes are maintained. Ensure that all trades wear the appropriate PPE on site at all times. Ensure all deadlines are met by company trades and all external trades. Organising and conducting QA with client representative upon completion (after a company builder's inspection) in consultation with the Project Manager (if required). Ensure all defects noted are completed within 48 hours of detection and trades responsible are notified. Ensure all QA processes are completed in a timely manner and passed onto the office for invoice processing within 24 hours of sign off. Have the ability to develop and implement quality control programs. Skills & experience You need to have a minimum of 2 years experience as a site supervisor and hold the appropriate Supervisors and/or Builders licenses, including white cards. You will need to be a multi-tasker with the ability to supervise a number of projects simultaneously. You need to either have or be willing to obtain the necessary clearances: e.g. NCC (National Crime Check), WWCC (Working with Children Check) It is essential that you have superior time management skills. If you have experience in NDIS SDA new builds, this would be advantageous. The ability to work autonomously. Hold a current driver's licence. Be honest and hard working.
