This is an opportunity in our dayshift team w ith work hours from 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday . Y ou'll enjoy a consistent schedule with opportunities for overtime when needed.  Let's Talk About the Role: As a Cycle Counter / Warehouse Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting our operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:  Conducting cycle counts across various departments, including Receiving, Despatch, and Kanban  Performing and verifying Oracle transactions to ensure data accuracy  Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation efforts  Utilizing RF systems for daily tasks, including cycle count activities  Upholding high standards of accuracy and consistency in inventory management  Let's Talk About You:  Required: Hold a current NSW Forklift licence (LF) and follow correct manual handling procedures .  Possess good written and oral communication skills in English  Demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and basic mathematical proficiency .  Excel as a team player with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders .  Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and operating efficiently under pressure .  Proactively identify and address issues that may impact inventory accuracy .  Prior experience in an inventory or logistics role  Preferred: 1 year of experience within an inventory role and at least 1 year of experience in a warehouse role  1 year of forklift driving experience  Why Join Us?  Exciting opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic inventory and warehouse team.
