Adobe Designer Salary: Circa £45,000 Customer Data Platforms (CDP) is a collection of data platform teams that facilitate fundamental customer interactions and journeys, which enable Aviva to deliver on its customer-centric strategy and most importantly, appropriate, and fair customer decisions. There are 3 other platform teams within the Customer Data Platform, each with its own designers, so in this role you will be part of a community to ensure consistent ways of working and to get ongoing support. We are constantly modernising our complex data estate and play an important part in all Aviva teams achieving strategic targets, whilst supporting business self-service where possible. We welcome those with specific suitable skills - or with a healthy appetite to learn and develop these skills with us. The team is based in multiple locations: Norwich, Bristol, and Perth A bit about the job: This role resides in the Marketing platform team, which supports a wide range of applications and technologies/databases which enable Aviva Marketers utilise customer data to improve their experience with us whilst approaching them at the most appropriate times. This includes contact focuses such as email, SMS, interactions within our MyAviva App and tracking and logging their contact history all whilst making sure this critical data is always kept safe. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in managing and operating products within the Marketing/Adobe toolset, but this is not mandatory. The candidate will have excellent communication skills both with external stakeholders and within the team they operate and provide direction. You will need to be comfortable creating visual, technical designs that both teams and stakeholders can understand. You will be comfortable to take accountability for certain products or features within the Adobe eco system and drive them forward. Skills and experience we're looking for: You need to be able to interpret business desires/challenges and translate them into a technical design and convey those solutions back to non-technical stakeholders. You will be accountable for providing designs development teams can follow with inputs from both our platform architect and the wider business direction. You will provide a blueprint design based on business needs that your development team can bring to life within our application suite. Experience in using; Adobe Campaign Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, or Adobe Journey Optimiser. Help organise and prioritise a road map confident enough to share with wider stakeholders.
