The team have a vast knowledge of commercial, industrial and residential plumbing and a collective amount of years experience across all aspects of plumbing & pipe relining, including; maintenance, new builds, design and mining. About the Role This is a great opportunity for a full-time experienced Sales & Warehouse Assistant to join an established team of down to earth good quality people Reporting directly to the Director who is very hands on and comes with well over a decade of experience himself. You will be working in the retail store, liaisng with customers and helping with warehousing general duties. Knowledge of plumbing is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Your role will include but not be limited to: Provide assistance to the manager for the day to day operations Organising the logistics of products including packing of pallets and managing a stocktake system Front of house sales and assisting with content for marketing and communications Assist in helping to improve office/warehouse procedures, communication and support Assist management with training clients Skills & experience At least 2 years experience working in a sales retail store in plumbing or in the warehouse. Excellent communication skills The ability to work autonomously Able to take direction well and learn quickly on the job Culture While the environment is described as cruisy, the whole team "rips in" together to get the job done but has a good time doing it. It's a relaxed environment but everyone works hard and helps each other. Benefits Depending on experience, this role comes with a annual salary rate of $70 - $75K Super.
