Role: This role is responsible for acting as a first responder to employee and manager queries relating to HR processes and systems. Responsibilities: On-boarding of new starters ensuring all relevant checks have been undertaken and processed. Maintenance and accuracy of all employee files. Identify and proactively action matters in a timely manner. Updating internal and external stakeholders of activities required or advice regarding documentation.
