Advertised Vacancy Number: SS/TCH889220 This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 2, 2024 Collier Primary School (PS) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team. The successful applicant will work across the school, conducting lessons with students from Years 1 to 6, but specifically junior primary for 2024. The successful applicant should be able to work independently and innovatively to provide high quality hands-on learning opportunities linked to the Western Australian Curriculum. Ideally, you will be flexible and take on other roles as needed within the school and support other specialist teachers as part of a team. Experience using PLD (Diana Rigg), Back to Front Maths, Seven Steps for Writing Success and explicit teaching in literacy and numeracy are a must for this role. Implementation of Positive Behaviour Strategies is required. Our teachers work together in teams therefore collaborative practice in teaching and assessment is highly regarded.
