Join the winning team today The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring retailers and customers are supported in all facets of lotteries operations. This role leads a team of operations specialists and supports the State Retail Manager. Role requirements include using the framework of established policies and procedures to develop activities that grow the network, drive revenue, improve retailer engagement and maintain the high standards of store presentation and customer service that deliver an experience customers love. The Retail Operations Manager will ensure that state operations align with the goals of the State Retail Manager. What you'll do Help retailers develop better ways of operating to consistently maintain and improve standards and drive measurable improvements in revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Oversee the program of retail image upgrades per the schedule driven by the retailer's franchise agreements. Ensure all retail image installations are to approved specifications. Develop and maintain dashboards and other reports that support Business Development Managers and their planning for site visits. Improve retailer engagement to ensure lotteries are top of mind to maintain quality of customer service, store presentation and readiness to support promotions that may take place from time to time. Provide coaching and ongoing development to the team, and Business Development Managers, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively support retailers. Collaborate with retailers using virtual techniques, support action plans based on performance analysis, encouraging collaboration to helping them achieve their business goals. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators for Business Development Managers and franchisees, using reporting tools and data analytics platforms. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven leadership in retail operations, preferably in a franchise support or management role. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong knowledge of franchise operations, brand standards, and best practices. Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.
