Our Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate - Builder Liaison to join our team based at Olivine, Donnybrook. Your role will involve: Support to the Sales Consultants by providing assistance with daily sales office activities including selling land and town homes, providing customer service, sales centre administration, Salesforce database management and follow up calls Being the key contact to liaise with Mirvac endorsed builders at both Olivine & Smiths Lane (Clyde North) in relation to house & land packaging, display villages and builder events Your responsibilities will include, and not limited to: Assist Sales Consultants to achieve sales rates as determined by the Victorian Sales Manager Salesforce database management and follow up calls Prepare reports and documents as required and coordinate sales & marketing related functions of display suite openings, releases, and project launches Build market and competitor knowledge through research and networking Build legal knowledge (contracts, procedures, legal representation) and assist in the evaluation and reporting of sales and advertising activities as required Monitor market trends and competitor activity and report relevant changes to management via a monthly report Manage sales price lists, floor plans, sales schedules and reporting as well as booking diaries and appointments Maintain high level of presentation and adequate stocks for display suites and sales offices Adhoc administration requirements as directed Be the key contact to liaise with Mirvac endorsed builders Assist coordinating builder morning teas Assist the Victorian Sales Manager preparing materials to provide overviews for prospective builders including EOI documentation and contract execution Source and manage house & land packages at both Olivine & Smiths Lane Assist maintain the builder portal Keep an up to date contact list of all builder partners Essential Requirements This is a full-time role 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, occasional weekend work is required One of the following Current Real Estate Certificates (Agent Representative Licence; Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice; Full Real Estate Licence) About You Due to the nature of the role you will have previous experience working for a Builder or Developer (at least 3 years); coupled with commercial / financial acumen administration or sales experience; and have strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite and database management knowledge. You will have excellent communication, stakeholder management and customer service skills.
