Access real opportunities for career growth and development Permanent Full Time - 38 hours per week across MON - FRI We are seeking a Property Management Assistant (known internally as Customer Service Coordinator) to join our team and assist with property management tasks, administration, providing best in service customer service and the leasing of our student apartments at Student Living Shaftston. This role is a unique mix consisting of receptionist duties, property management and liaison, and customer service which will provide the ultimate people person with opportunity to refine their skills in a supported learning environment. Property Management Assistant - The Role: Permanent Full Time position Roster: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5pm) Additional hours may be required for urgent or emergency matters Operate the day-to-day front desk reception area Assist with the ongoing property management of our student apartments Conduct room inspections and provide general administration support Assist residents with enquiries related to their residency, studies, general needs and overall well-being Liaise with third parties regarding building facilities management including maintenance, contract cleaners, security etc. Be an active member of the emergency response team during shift times Experience & Skills: Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Hold or have the ability to acquire a valid and current Registration Certificate lodged with the Office of Fair-Trading QLD. A focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences Customer service experience in the accommodation industry Experience in a University Environment (highly regarded) Experience with Console Cloud property management system (highly regarded) High level of cultural competency - be culturally aware and understanding of different cultures Hold or have the ability to acquire a valid and current Registration Certificate lodged with the Office of Fair-Trading QLD. Hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Check & Blue Card (Working with Children's Check).
