We support a specialised range of clinical healthcare products designed for hospitals, aged care facilities, rehabilitation providers and the home care community. About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Service team, based in Lane Cove West, and reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader. To be successful in this position you will have a genuine desire to deliver outstanding results and demonstrate proven experience including: Direct dealings with customers and suppliers either by telephone or electronically. Processing customer orders and special requests. Prompt response and resolution to customer inquiries. Coordinate with other team members and departments. Trouble shooting issues and coordinating the appropriate strategy. Customer service (responding to customer enquiries and identifying suitable solutions to meet customer needs). Liaise with suppliers and provide solutions to customers’ needs. Generate & issue invoices manually or electronically including taking payment over the phone or in person. Escalating customer enquiries to the team leader or sales state manager if required. Keeping customers informed of order status and delivery lead time. Ad hoc customer service and administrative tasks as required to ensure business efficacy Skills & Experience: A high level of empathy and sensitivity to patients, residents and staff in health and medical settings. Pleasant friendly phone manner, good communication skills, and results driven. Problem-solving attitude with an attention to detail. Highly organised with the ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks throughout the day. Ability to work within a team or on your own with minimal supervision. Genuine, enthusiastic, and results-driven with the ability to show initiative.
