The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Brisbane, Australia. And that's where you come in The key accountabilities of the role include but are not limited to: Plan, lead, and oversee construction activities based on signalling and functional documentation. Manage the Civil Construction team and subcontractors for ETCS L2 project delivery and coordinate all construction site activities according to the project plan. Manage the ITP Process and ensure ITP's are signed off by stakeholders in a timely manner. Optimize project resources, both internal and external, to meet milestones and deliverables. Collaborate with the HSE team to define site safety requirements and implement HSE initiatives in compliance with regulations. Ensure HSE compliance, defining site safety requirements, and implementing initiatives. Provide regular progress reports on construction activities and resource performance evaluations. Education and experience: 5 years in civil supervision in a rail and civil construction environment Construction White Card Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Current Class A Drivers License Experience in concrete and foundation works. Demonstrated competency in implementing Health & Safety initiatives. Outstanding planning and organisational skills. Demonstrated experience working within a brownfield railway signalling environment. Knowledge of software tools and technical systems.
