The company: My client is a leading residential builder in the Gold Coast who are looking for an experienced sales estimator to join their team. Responsibilities: Provide and produce an accurate bill of quantities and purchase orders. Complete accurate estimates of jobs including variations. Utilise estimating systems to the full capacity to ensure job/time efficiencies. Obtain relevant quotes and pricing. Maintain organised files and appropriate documentation of completed work. About You: Min 3 years sales estimating experience with a residential builder. Experience with Databuild. NDIS experience would be highly advantageous. Ability to work in a team environment.
