About the role Maintain high level kitchen standards and quality Ensure that the Kitchen Minimum Standards are being complied to Assist in the efficient running of Kitchen operations Deliver outstanding food in taste and presentation Produces high quality plates, including both design and taste. Oversees and supervises kitchen staff. Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
