Customer Service Consultant — Docklands, Melbourne

Job Description You will receive calls from customers calling through regarding their automotive insurance claims. You will build rapport, and provide a positive customer experience, whilst effectively resolving their enquiry. You will also make outbound calls to third party businesses to arrange the automotive claim’s repairs and assessments. Build authentic relationships with customers through claims management, assessing each situation on an individual basis Manage inbound calls and outbound calls to resolve enquires, and concerns related to motor damage Liaise with suppliers and repairers to validate, assess and repair motor insurance claims Accurately record detailed customer interactions and process account information Accurately manage customer expectations regarding their insurance and claim process
