Your Role: As the Head of Department - Teaching & Learning on the Junior Secondary Campus you are responsible for leading curriculum, teaching and learning within Arts and Technology for our Year 7 & 8 students. This unique opportunity includes the development of partnerships with feeder schools, promoting the school through arts & technology signature programs & extra-curricular activities. This role gives you the opportunity to work in collaboration with Heads of Departments across both Pomona and Cooroy Campuses. Responsibilities include: Lead the school department to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students. Embed socially just practices in daily school life. Set high standards for student and staff performance. Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development. Form partnerships with students, parents, other government agencies, and community groups. Interested?
