Your future in food starts here | Warehouse Supervisor THE OPPORTUNITY As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and leading cost-effective warehousing and dispatch activities across your team, including wholesale, and producing quality outcomes that emphasise workplace health and safety, food/hygiene safety and adherence to Department of Agriculture and other required legislative compliance. This is a permanent fulltime position based at Kilcoy on the Lifestyle Roster, working 4 days on 4 days off, 3 days on 3 days off, weekend work will be required . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Planning, leading and coordination of shift and roster warehousing teams Implementing change in waste management, stock control and DIFOT strategies to optimise production results Workforce planning and organisation of training, development and coaching for new and existing employees Continuous improvement and implementing change within the warehouse team Developing, achieving, and maintaining loading schedules Delivering clear and consistent communication across teams Developing and maintaining working instructions and SOPs across functional responsibilities Proactively managing underperformance and disciplinary outcomes with relevant team members in consultation with Warehouse Operations 2IC ABOUT YOU Previous Warehouse supervision experience essential Ability to use Microsoft Office and experience with AX Dynamics desirable People management/leadership Experience in supply chain and inventory control Knowledge of WHS requirements Good verbal and written communication skills Results and solutions driven BENEFITS Full Time employment Access to discounted premium meat An organisation where cultural diversity is celebrated Salary Continuation Insurance cover Access to discounted health insurance This is a long-term career opportunity, working for an enterprise business with Corporate Offices on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
