Our client based in Albion, specialises in the production, manufacturing, and marketing of various window covering products. Customer satisfaction is the core focus of their business. The role: The purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient handling and coordination of orders from a customer's initial input on the website, through to the production. You will be responding to customer's communications via email, web, and phone enquiries, engaging with customers to ensure their order is correct and ready to be committed to production. Duties include: Gaining a full understanding of the company's complete range of products and services to provide accurate information to customers during the order process; Working with the sales team to ensure that all orders are checked and accurately interpreted & presented to the factory correctly; Identifying solutions to further automate functions and processes deemed mundane in the order processing structure; Maintaining a positive and supportive approach to the needs and requirements of our customers; Working with logistics companies to organise delivery for products as required; Supporting customers with any transport or delivery issues; Answer incoming order related enquiries and manage to completion either via phone or email while documenting in the Shopify CRM; Maintaining notes of all communications with all customers in our CRM; Processing & completing warranty claims and other customer satisfaction related processes and claims; Assisting with incoming chats via the website and phone calls and emails from customers; Processing and sending product samples to customers as a daily activity; Supporting customers with warranty claims; and Assisting with open & close of the business if required. This role will initially be based in Albion with an office move to Murarrie happening in the coming months. What we are looking for: A strong blend of customer service coupled with an accurate eye for detail are essential skills required for this role; Experience in a manufacturing / building / sales environment; Demonstrated experience using ERP / CRM systems; Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm; and High level of written and verbal communication skills.
