About the role This position is a pivotal role overseeing and facilitating through pre-construction phases, it involves a wide range of responsibilities working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities for the role Managing projects from initial deposits stage through to construction handover Project documentation and contracts including building contracts, specifications, and colour selection. Meetings including handover between departments. Completing applications/permits, lodgement & council documentation Design support, variations, and compliance documentation. Skills & experience Sound computer knowledge in Microsoft Office & Google Suite. Knowledge and understanding of Australian Construction Standards & guidelines. Strong verbal and written communication Be able to work in a team environment. Previous experience in Pre-Construction & Colours is required.
