Receptionist $38 per hour super Melbourne full time hours, onsite 9am - 5pm The Organisation Our client is a leading private aged care provider, who has been providing a wide range of flexible and responsive aged care services across metropolitan and regional Victoria since1993. They currently operate 31 aged care residences in Victoria, supporting more than 2600 residents and over 1000 clients living in their own homes. The role The role is a receptionist role, greeting and assisting clients in person and over the phone. Responsibilities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Provide excellent telephone service skills. Manage mail correspondence. Assist with daily general reception/administrative duties; collecting mail, data entry, meeting room set up and end of day kitchen duties Skills and Experience Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and programmes.
