A receptionist is a conscientious person who is primarily responsible for providing high quality client contact and professional administrative support to SFG management and all staff as a group. Key Responsibilities: Expected to adhere to the high professional standards expected of SFG staff for advice, client service and personal integrity. Maintaining a professional and team based culture in SFG. Assume responsibility for all aspects of the office Reception function Create appropriate rapport with Clients and provide required support including offering of beverages Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are in clean presentable state at all times Assist with arrangement of functions, meetings, catering and appointments as required Coordinate kitchen area (where applicable) to facilitate client food & beverage requirements (and staff amenities) Manage incoming and outgoing mail correspondence and couriers as required Assume responsibility for all aspects of utilities/facilities room/s including stocking of stationery items via Company's main vendor Provide other sundry operational support (as required from time to time) to management To be successful in this role you will possess: Proven Receptionist experience and a strong service culture is required Confidence and interpersonal skills to work with a dedicated group of professionals. Ability to communicate with all levels of staff in a professional, positive and respectful manner. Ability to project a professional demeanour. Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines. Ability to operate within a collaborative team environment. High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail. Ability to take responsibility, initiative and assume accountability for successfully completing set tasks.
