A grade Electrician Western Suburbs Location CEC accreditation Permanent position Vehicle plus fuel card Day shift role 38 hrs per week The Company Located in Pakenham but servicing the western suburbs with a constant line of ongoing contracts. Our client completes all types of solar installations, from large scale commercial to smaller residential. They specialise in providing seamless solar power and hot water solutions to Victorian home builders. The role As an experienced A grade Electrician you will lead a team of 3 which will include an apprentice. You will be required to sign off on jobs, make sure all works are completed to standard and document pictures of work. Opportunity for growth within the company. Responsibilities Lead a team of 3 electricians To be able to sign off on installations Direct the Installation of residential solar PV & battery installations in new homes & large scale commercial solar systems. Responsible for troubleshooting any issue with the install Use your knowledge to improve processes & procedures Compliance with health and safety standards Strong communication skills are essential as is a commitment to customer satisfaction. Switchboard upgrades associated with installation of solar PV installations. Requirements A grade electrical license with CEC accreditation or willing to obtain this through the company. Experience in PV solar installations Attention to detail Ability to manage workload while contributing to a positive, team oriented environment Managing and completion of jobs on time, safely and within budget Compliance with OH&S standards.
