This global law firm is growing its presence in Australia and currently offering an opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary, Legal PA/EAs to join its Sydney office. The role You'll secure a permanent, full-time opportunity that will incorporate wide-ranging practice coordinations and legal support responsibilities. Working with two Partners and a small team of lawyers in the firm's Litigation and CDR team areas, you'll oversee client and matter/file related admin support for the team. Your day will be varied and include responsibility for document/file management, secretarial support including transcription and edits, PA support around meetings and events, and CRM management. You'll also work closely with the firm's other business support services (finance, BD, HR etc.) to ensure that your team can fully focus on their legal work. All in all, this is a well-rounded legal support position that will use both your secretarial, admin and PA/EA skills. About you To be considered for the role you will offer : at least three years experience in a similar role; your experience will have been gained in a professional services environment where you will have worked directly with commercial firms; experience in a Partnership environment would be considered favourably; Your secretarial skills will include advanced Word, plus a typing speed of over 65wpm.
