Your Role The role of full-time Customer Service Manager is responsible for the supervision of staff and communicating issues to warehouse for resolution and providing a conduit for resolution. Main Responsibilities Supervision of administration and despatch staff Processing credits/warranties and orders Answering phone calls and responding in a timely fashion via email. Ability to create excellent relationships with customers to enhance sales revenues. Communicating issues to warehouse for resolution and providing a conduit for resolution. To Succeed Experience within the automotive aftermarket is highly desirable. Vehicle spare parts experience is a must. Previous warehouse experience is also preferable. Must possess impeccable communication skills. Good numeracy and fully IT literate. Driver's licence Benefits $65,000-$75,000 plus superannuation Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
