Due to growth, we’re seeking a Construction Administrator to join the team. Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing contractual aspects, administration, timelines, compliance and safety of project requirements. You will have a high attention to detail and the ability to effectively and efficiently plan, organise, prioritise and complete tasks within deadline. The role: Managing tenders from processing through to monitoring performance. Coordinating project activities alongside internal/external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met Ensure all stock, consumables and equipment are available for service/install teams. Administrating contract variations and supporting documentation. Seeking instructions from client, record response and actions in relation to the contract. Preparing, issuing and gaining client approval on all interim and final progress claims for payment, variations to contract, or relating to prime cost sums or variations. Ensure all project documentation and reporting is issued to the client and/or stakeholder/s on request. Track the issuing of relevant compliance certificates and reporting. Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety requirements are met, including issuing of SWMS documentation, Induction appointments and certificates Office administration and supporting management/site managers What we're looking for: Minimum 3 years experience in a similar fast paced role Highly analytical Highly motivated self starter eager to learn and adapt Strong ability to communicate both verbal and written A positive can-do attitude Proficient with computers and software including word, excel, powerpoint, outlook and the ability to learn and absorb new systems (Procore and Breadcrumb) Highly organised and focused Hold a drivers licence Reliable and eager to succeed Strong attention to detail Strong safety focus Benefits: Full-time permanent position $80k-$90k super (neg) Opportunity for career development and growth Great team environment If you’re looking to build and further develop your career with an exciting company, APPLY TODAY
