Then look no further because I have the job for you Our client is as passionate about the environment as they are their product A visit to our fair country nearly 20 years ago allowed them to notice how aware Australians are when it comes to leading a healthy lifestyle and how perfectly their product would fit into that mentality of Well-ness. Because of growth they are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This role reports to the Customer Service Manager and is responsible for answering customer enquiries and requests or passing them on to the appropriate department. The role will keep contact with clients to deliver a comprehensive service. Responsibilities are but not limited to: • Contact clients and deal with overdue payments/statements. • Place orders and create invoices in the accounting system. • Organise the picking slip with the orders taken via phone and email. • Schedule deliveries daily and track them. • Create and update all operational spreadsheets. • Manage the e-commerce orders, packaging, posting replying to clients enquiries. • Responsible for the office samples/stock and emergency deliveries • Process credit card transactions. • Sending/receiving and setting up credit applications for clients • Be aware of stock levels and advise of low levels. • Fill booking forms / follow up / forward pallet labels for inter estate freight. • Reconcile invoices paid COD in the account system. • Banking • Responsible for Public holiday newsletters to customers • General record keeping, up-to-date supplier list, asset/equipment register. • Provide administrative support. • Contribute to the ongoing digitization of the office paper-based filing system. Skills and Experience: • Minimum 3 years in a similar customer service position • Experience using MS Office applications. • Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills. This position would suit someone who is proactive, adaptable with competing tasks. The organisation is seasonal with the peak period being mid-November through to mid-January with closer days on public holidays only so you will need to be flexible around this time for annual leave.
