Ensure all consumers, their families and staff are treated with respect and dignity. Complete assessments, documentation and care planning Accurately dispense prescribed medications Conduct wound assessments, dressing and notify Clinical Care team for reviews. Appropriately consult with physicians and refer consumers to Allied Health professionals. Complete assigned personal hygiene and direct resident care Meeting required Aged Care Quality Standards, compliance with all policies and procedures. Guide and manage staff to deliver a leading aged care service that enhances the consumer’ experience.
