Seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our client, a well known global athletic apparel brand headquarted in Cremorne, VIC. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and business administrative support at head office. Client Details Our client is a globally recognized athletic brand, renowned for its innovative and popular shoes and apparel. They are committed to delivering high-quality products while fostering a culture of teamwork and passion for sports. Description You'll be responsible for managing the reception area; welcoming visitors, handling deliveries, and answering inquiries. You will operate the telephone system, route calls to the appropriate personnel, and take messages when necessary. Administrative duties and ad hoc assignments will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will manage access for on-site visitors, receive and distribute mail and parcels, coordinate express post and courier services, maintain the appearance of the reception area, and manage office supplies and kitchen stock. You will also provide secretarial support as required and assist the Executive Assistant with office security, travel management, and facility related requirements. Profile We are looking for a friendly and approachable individual with strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. To succeed in this role, you should thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, possess strong time management and decision-making skills, and have the ability to work well both independently and within a team. Attention to detail, computer literacy, and experience in Microsoft Windows are essential. SAP experience is considered an advantage.
