Your role as a Supervisor Bar Production will involve: Ensure adherence to WHS legislation by providing necessary resources for a safe work environment and fulfilling due diligence requirements Guarantee delivery of top-quality products and exceptional customer service to all clients Cultivate a skilled and efficient team of operators capable of completing tasks effectively Supervise Investment Bar Production staff to maintain a smooth operation, meeting customer deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards while minimising overtime and rejection rates Provide comprehensive training for staff, oversee furnace and robotic operations, and identify opportunities for process improvement in Value-Added Operations.
