Southern Adelaide Local Health Network - Flinders Medical Centre - Mental Health Salary $112,625 - $122,610 p.a. (pro rata) AHP4 | Part Time - 7.5 hours p.w. - 9 Month Contract Available Flinders Medical Centre are looking for a Principle Social Worker to join their Mental Health team About the Role: As the Principle Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and governance to the Social Work profession across Mental Health Services in Southern Adelaide's Local Health Network (SALHN). You will be the lead social work professional within Mental Health Services and, as such, have key responsibilities in providing and coordinating clinical supervision. You will also connect with Social Workers from other SALHN services to develop a network approach to build expertise and confidence amongst staff and the provision of care to patients with both physical and mental health issues. About you: Must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers. Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership and the facilitation of service planning to ensure clinical best practice underpins the development of Social Work, and Mental Health Services. Experience in providing the full range of professional supervision as regulated/or guided by the Australian Association of Social Workers. Extensive clinical experience in collaborative development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of planned interventions for consumers with high or complex needs.
