We are looking for a talented Product Designer, who will drive product discovery, enhance usability, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape our digital platform experience. With a strong base in design experience and proficiency in Figma, you'll lead end-to-end design processes, delivering customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. As a key player, you will work alongside fellow designers, product managers, and engineers to optimise user interactions. WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead product discovery and design processes for solution delivery. Enhance usability across product verticals, prioritising user experience. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive product vision and strategic direction. Manage end-to-end design, from discovery and ideation to iteration and implementation. Deliver customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. Assist in gathering user insights and synthesising results for informed design decisions. Communicate design specifications and interaction flows clearly across teams. WHO YOU ARE 3 years of UX or Product design experience, proficient in Figma. Strong background in user research, solution design, and prototyping. Experience in design system management, product metric design or stakeholder engagement is highly regarded. Strategic thinker, problem solver, and collaborative team player. Proficient in visual design principles. Familiarity with working in product squads alongside managers and engineers. Curiosity-driven approach to breaking down problems and identifying unknowns. Ability to translate insights into compelling narratives and prioritise tasks in fast-paced, agile environments.
