About the role As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by; Providing timely solutions via phone, email, and digital channels. Collaborating with operations for seamless customer experiences. Handling inquiries, quotes, escalations, and equipment breakdown support. Managing details, schedules, and building strong customer relationships. About you You are passionate about customer service, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to be part of a family-oriented company that values growth and innovation. Customer service experience, including digital, phone, and email. Dedication to exceptional service and strong customer focus. Proficiency in communication, MS Office tools, and problem-solving. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and skilled in multitasking. Motivated to excel in a phone-based role, with administrative expertise. The availability to work weekends on a rotating roster.
