Collaborating with operations for seamless customer experiences. Handling inquiries, quotes, escalations, and equipment breakdown support. Managing details, schedules, and building strong customer relationships. Customer service experience, including digital, phone, and email. Dedication to exceptional service and strong customer focus. Proficiency in communication, MS Office tools, and problem-solving. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and skilled in multitasking. Motivated to excel in a phone-based role, with administrative expertise. The availability to work weekends on a rotating roster.
