PCA Ground Engineering, an innovative ground engineering company based in Sydney, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our construction team. We are looking to fill multiple positions for Labourers who will play a crucial role in our niche field. While some experience in construction is preferred, it is not essential. Our construction team is relatively young, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Work as a labourer within a crew, focusing on manual tasks and supporting the operation of machinery. Embrace the opportunity to learn and develop skills in piling operations, including operating rigs and pumps. Demonstrate commitment to safety practices and adhere to workplace regulations. Possess a flexible attitude towards working away from home, as the role may require frequent travel. Essential Attributes & Skills: Strong commitment to workplace safety and drug and alcohol-free status. Positive temperament, team-oriented mindset, punctuality, and reliability. Basic reading and writing skills for site safety requirements. Previous experience in civil construction, familiarity with piling rig operations, and possession of a Construction Industry Induction Card. Valid driver's license and access to own transportation. Highly regarded skills include experience in the ground engineering industry, proficiency in operating general construction machinery, and basic mechanical knowledge.
