In this entry level full time role, as the Administrator for the People & Culture team you will provide support to our team members, as required, by coordinating and delivering a range of activities and administrative duties to ensure efficient HR operations. Some of your duties in this role would include credit card reconciliation, organising events, preparing presentations, printing and supporting the broader People & Culture team. What you will bring to the role? Certificate III in Business Administration or related qualification deemed equivalent (desired) Previous experience as an administrator (desired) High level of competency with Microsoft Office suite of products Excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team Proactive approach to work including seeking of opportunities for continuous improvement Positive stakeholder engagement skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of attention to detail and organisational skills Sound ability to manage and prioritise workload in a constantly changing high volume environment Who is Southern Cross Care Queensland?
