Description As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for answering customer queries via phone, email, and other channels, managing the main inbox, logging jobs in the field service system, and performing data entry tasks. Ad hoc duties such as filing, calling customers to book work, and collating information will also be part of your role. Your main objective will be to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly. Profile To excel in this role, you must have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, thrive in a team environment, and be available to work full-time hours Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. Confident using Microsoft Suite and using computers/systems in general. Immediate availability is preferred.
