THE ROLE Are you seeking a rewarding customer service helpdesk opportunity within the non-profit space? The successful candidate will excitingly be the front-line of support for inbound customer and employee queries related to an upcoming system implementation. This role would suit an individual with a passion for customer service, and providing comprehensive Level 1 support to individuals in need via phone, text, and email. This role requires an individual with previous exposure to a call centre/helpdesk environment - experience within technical support will be highly regarded. THE DUTIES Managing a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and text messages with professionalism. Triaging enquiries and escalating to other levels, where appropriate, for efficient resolutions. Updating and maintaning data and records within the contact management platform. Ensuring accuracy and demonstrating ability to work under pressure, de-escalating any complex situations that may arise. ABOUT YOU Prior experience in call centres, demonstrating the ability to handle high call volumes effectively. Previous experience with providing technical support (ideally HR software) is highly regarded Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Switched-on and proactive, with great attention to detail. Strong listening skills, patience, and resilience. An aptitude for understanding complex concepts and absorbing information quickly.
