The Role: My client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects and delivering outstanding results. My client is looking for someone with previous Construction Management experience from a volume or insurance builder. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Maximise building turnover by ensuring jobs under construction achieve budgeted timelines and are within cost. Monitor construction personnel to ensure sufficient resources are allocated to achieve Construction turnover. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and safety Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns Requirements: Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field Benefits: Competitive salary package, $150k Super Car Opportunity to work with a market leader in construction Supportive and collaborative work environment Career development and advancement opportunities To apply select the Apply now section.
