Are you an enthusiastic, leading hand or Supervisor, looking for a step up into Warehouse Management? Your Role The role of full-time Warehouse Manager is responsible for creating operational procedures to drive and control workflows and improve productivity. Main Responsibilities Supervision of Warehouse staff Ability to look at current procedures and processes and suggest ways of improvement. Manage Warehouse compliance and safety adhering to all company standards. Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. Manage stock control and reconcile against systems. Give input to required KPIs to achieve productivity targets. Motivate and develop staff, and manage Labour as required To Succeed Previous warehouse experience is essential, preferably in a supervisory or management role. Good communication skills Forklift licence preferred. Knowledge of KPIs Ability to implement process improvement initiatives. Ability to lead and motivate small teams. Good numeracy and literacy skills. Drivers licence Demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
